  34. DESCRIPTION
  35.  
  36.     TinyMeter 3.1 is a tool to show the memoryusage, the volumesusage  and
  37.     time+date graphically, with useful informations which are selectable.

  39.     Features:

  41.     - Shows  base-ram after  bootup.  It  is  good to know how much memory
  42.       the  startup-tools take and if the applications really freed all the
  43.       memory or if your bbs got uploads etc.
  44.     - Uses the ScreenNotify.library to automatically detect  the  changing
  45.       of screenmode or font.
  46.     - Can be opened on any PublicScreen.
  47.     - many options for the design/look
  48.     - Realtime sizing and moving of  the  window  (opaque  window)!  Don't
  49.       worry,  I  did NOT made any patches to the system, only MoveWindow()
  50.       and SizeWindow() was used. (can also be disabled...)
  51.     - Can use a tiled background picture
  52.     - Font sensitive
  53.     - displays free memory also with flexible c-style formatting codes

  58.     - Preferences program now uses MUI.
  59.     - Priority of TinyMeter now set to -3.
  60.       ( Some Users reported a performance loss with the 3.0 version )
  61.     - Display is now drawn using a buffer. The display should not
  62.       flicker anymore.
  63.     - Digital Clock and Date (use the additional fonts to get a good look!)
  64.     - Left, Right, Centered for memory, volumes and clock
  65.     - volumes changing now supported. volumes which are not
